Social Contribution Project

2022.06.07

Thank you for your continued support of our institute.

With your support, we have successfully developed the social contribution projects in FY2021.

IISIA and RIJAG aim to accomplish Pax Japonica as social contribution projects.

Pax Japonica cannot be accomplished only in Japan. The entire society needs people who share a profound awareness for our future to expand regardless of generations and together be one power. For this, we have developed various social contribution projects.

Especially at our institute, we have provided ‘information literacy education’ to accomplish Pax Japonica.

Information literacy education focuses on continuous improvement of the ability to create a roadmap for the future based on the accurate cognition of the past without prejudice and the historical regulation arising therefrom.

As a global activity of information literacy education, our institute has cooperation agreements with the world’s top universities.

We have signed partnerships with Saint Peterburg State University of Economics, the top university in Russia on par with Moscow State University and Fulbright University Vietnam, which was established with 100% foreign capital by the Vietnam programme of Harvard University. We have conducted information literacy education online and internships for the students.

For domestic activities in this education, we opened schools at the University of Tokyo, ICU, Nagoya University and so on.

In addition, we act to protect cultural heritages both domestically and globally.

The essential thing to have an accurate and unbiased recognition of the past is to appropriately preserve cultural heritages that embrace human history in domestic and global society. Our institute has started the investigation on Shichisei-ken in Shimanto city, Kochi in FY2022. We will continue developing the activities for appropriate preservation of cultural heritages.

There have been problems in concluding partnerships and cooperations overseas due to the pandemic, but we will keep striving to enthusiastically act for Pax Japonica.

We are grateful for your continuous support.
